1. Compatibilidad / Compatibility

Español: El cliente es 100% responsable de verificar que su celular sea compatible con eSIM y esté DESBLOQUEADO (libre de fábrica). No hacemos reembolsos si el cliente compra una eSIM y su equipo no la soporta.

English: The customer is 100% responsible for verifying that their phone is eSIM compatible and UNLOCKED. We do not offer refunds if the customer buys an eSIM and their device does not support it.

2. Entregas y Horarios / Delivery & Hours

Español: El código QR se envía por WhatsApp tras confirmar el pago en Clip. Aunque procesamos pedidos rápidamente, las compras realizadas fuera de horario laboral (10 PM - 8 AM) podrían entregarse a la mañana siguiente.

English: The QR code is sent via WhatsApp after payment confirmation on Clip. While we process orders quickly, purchases made outside business hours (10 PM - 8 AM) may be delivered the following morning.

3. Política de Reembolso / Refund Policy

Español: Debido a que el código QR es un producto digital de un solo uso, no se aceptan devoluciones una vez que la imagen ha sido enviada al cliente. Solo se aplicará garantía si el código generado por el sistema presenta un error técnico comprobable antes de ser instalado.

English: Since the QR code is a one-time use digital product, no returns are accepted once the image has been sent to the customer. Warranty only applies if the system-generated code has a verifiable technical error before installation.

4. Responsabilidad del Servicio / Service Liability

Español: Actuamos como distribuidores. No somos responsables por caídas de red, falta de cobertura en zonas remotas o velocidad de internet; estos servicios dependen enteramente del operador (Telcel, AT&T, Movistar, Bait, Axios, etc.).

English: We act as distributors. We are not responsible for network outages, lack of coverage in remote areas, or internet speed; these services depend entirely on the carrier (Telcel, AT&T, Movistar, Bait, Axios, etc.).
